This is a friendly group allied to Art Appreciation for the purpose of fairly local outings by minibus or national transport to places of artistic interest, particularly those connected with topics discussed by the Art Appreciation Group.

Outings are on a monthly basis but may be less regular during the winter months.  Notices of outings will be placed on the Crypt and FMH notice boards or published on our website or, if individuals are interested and make contact giving a telephone number or email address, they will be notified.

To date, we have visited Petworth House and Park, Charleston, Leonardslee Gardens’ Sculpture Exhibition, Farley Farm, de la Warr Pavilion, Standen, Bateman’s, Pallant House Gallery, the new Towner Gallery, Pashley Manor Gardens’ Sculpture Exhibition, Chartwell House and Parham Park, Ightham Mote, Eltham Palace & Gardens, Goodwood House, Darwin’s House & Gardens and the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich.

Open to all members of Brighton & Hove U3A.
