The music we listen to is mostly classical, although there may be occasional jazz or lighter popular music, and about once a term we watch a DVD – this may be ballet, lives of composers or performers, or other music-related programmes. The atmosphere is friendly and informal, and group members often congregate in the Crypt café before or after the session.

The group meets every two weeks and alternates with the Art History Appreciation group.
