This new group will draw on members' knowledge and recent reading in science and closely related fields to raise questions of a broadly scientific nature, and seek to find answers from within the group.

Possibilities for the future could include site visits and invited speakers. Non-scientists and non-engineers are very welcome and should find it accessible.
