These practice sessions are for members who have already had lessons in Tai Chi. The exercises we practise have been specifically designed to improve circulation, balance and posture, to increase strength and flexibility, and to reduce stress.
No tuition is given, so the sessions are not suitable for complete beginners, though suitable beginners’ lessons are available locally – details on request.
For the Spring Term Tai Chi will follow after the Art group and tea will be available before the sessions.
